Sam Kate Toney primarily works in two different materials, straw and fur felt-traditional materials made to last a lifetime with regular wear and maintenance. She use my hands, steam, and a growing collection of wooden tools to build every hat. Work inspired by vintage silhouettes, natural color palettes, utilitarianism, and the life-stories of custom clients.

Ramblin Rose Hat Co. works extensively with each client to design a hat that suits their unique style and life. In-person fittings/consultations are preferred, but the process can be done remotely via email correspondence and phone calls.
