PGM's History with the fashion industry.

1983 – PGM incorporates. The company also opens the very first established sewing institution based out of downtown Los Angeles.

1987 – The second sewing institution in downtown Los Angeles opens. Fashion courses include: basic sewing, pattern-making, and draping. PGM trains, educates, and guarantees job placement of their graduates.

1988 – PGM manufactures their first dress form and takes it to market.

1990 – Grand opening of the third fashion school in Rosemead, CA.

1994 – PGM opens its international office headquarters in Beijing, China. The company becomes the premier CAD distributor for the top 3 world class CAD plotters and system companies in the United States and Asia.

2000 – PGM revolutionizes the world of traditional dress forms, launching the very first dressmaker tailor form with a “realistic” hip and buttock shape.

2005 – A very big year for PGM. The new Professional Dressmaker Form series launches. Alongside a new product launch, PGM expands its burgeoning portfolio with a new line of visual merchandising display forms and fixtures. Thus, PGM’s visual merchandising division is born. PGM successfully exhibits at the world-renowned GlobalShop tradeshow for the very first time.

2006 – PGM moves the Los Angeles corporate office to a newly renovated 20,000 sq. ft. facility on 4th and Alameda in downtown, Los Angeles.

2010 – PGM purchases a 30,000 sq. ft. distribution facility in Baldwin Park, CA. Housing Thousands of Sizes and Qty's of Dress Forms ready to be shipped.
